FACTS WHAT DOES GRCCU DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

How does GRCCU collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you:

  2. make your bills or make deposits or withdrawals from your account
  3. use your credit or debit card

Why can't I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only
  1. sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes - information about your credit worthiness
  2. affiliates from using your information to market you
  3. sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you.

Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Joint Marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products and services to you,
  • Our joint marketing partners include insurance companies, credit and debit card companies, mortgage companies, investment and brokerage firms, check printers, and other types of financial product and services companies.
